Question 1

What does Rovetide do?

Accepted Answer

Rovetide is an independent brokerage connecting fuel buyers with prospective sellers and oil manufacturers across international markets. It supports communication as the parties discuss a transaction. Product terms and supply remain subject to confirmation between the parties.

Question 2

How can a buyer or seller start an inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Buyers can submit a sourcing requirement, and sellers can submit a supply offer through the sourcing request form. Choose the form that fits your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry confirms receipt only; it does not confirm supply or a transaction.

Question 3

Which supplier profiles and offers appear in the public directory?

Accepted Answer

A supplier profile appears only when it is published, its verified status, verification reference and date are recorded, and the seller’s written public-listing authorization reference and date are recorded. An offer must also be published and belong to an eligible supplier. Public listing does not mean Rovetide represents the seller; product details, terms and supply remain subject to confirmation between the parties.
